I look forward to attending the Get Your Teach On conference in Atlanta, GA so that I come back more empowered, motivated and ready to teach engaging lessons. I had the opportunity to attend a GYTO conference a few years ago. It was amazing. I brought back so many strategies that paired both engagement and rigor into my classroom each day. I plan on getting many more ideas about how to further engage students and add passion and rigor into my instructional day while focusing on math and STEAM. When students are engaged and wanting more, this is where true learning occurs. I want my students to look forward to walking in my room each morning, ready to learn and have fun. I feel that by attending this conference, this will directly impact the success of my students. I am ready to GET MY TEACH ON!
