    First and foremost, I wish to express my gratitude for your contribution to our learning community. The students were very excited to learn of the donations and to begin working using the laptops!

    The laptops enable the students to access pertinent information needed for lessons(research etc.) Students are also able to access virtual field trips to see things they would not normally see in their everyday lives. I have found my learners are more engaged in lessons and learning since incorporating the laptops in our class.

    In addition, the laptops allow students to become familiar with technology and integrating it into their everyday lives.

    The laptops are an essential part to the learning environment in our classroom and we are very appreciative!”

The 21st century is centered around technology and integrating it into our learning. In order for my students to be successful they need to learn how to use and navigate technology in their everyday lessons. I am requesting laptops so that I can make it possible for my students to be able to utilize technology in the classroom. I have requested Chromebooks as well as a touchscreen laptop with optical mice so that all students will be comfortable in navigating the technology. These materials will make a difference in my students' learning and improve their school lives because it will allow them the opportunity to be exposed to technology and help equip them to be successful in the 21st century.

About my class
