My students absolutely love to listen to good stories and write all about them. Headphones are a luxury item for many of my students. If they do have them, they are not good quality and usually stop working soon after school begins. My students need working headphones so that they can choose their own stories of interest to listen to. My students like to write about what they have read, but unfortunately, some of them struggle with proper handwriting techniques. Pencil grips are a great way for my students to learn proper finger positioning, without being embarrassed in front of their peers. I have a few, special to my heart, students in my class that love to wiggle all day! This wiggling often hinders them in focusing on important concepts and lessons taught in class. Wobble cushions would help these students to calm down in their seat choices and better focus on their lesson.
