Game On. My Physical Education students need to get more Cardiovascular Exercise. Cardiovascular Exercise is the number one exercise need of this Sedentary Generation. The most current research and data agree. The key to get our Students up and moving is to provide fun, exciting small group exercise that provide outstanding Cardiovascular benefits. Our Students will positively love these new games. The Indoor Hockey and the Indoor Soccer Games will consist of (4) man teams which will insure great cardiovascular conditioning in competitive fast moving games. The four Basketball will allow for a (3) Point Shoot Out Tournament with one Team being crowned as Champions.
