Play is learning for the young child. My students need a variety of fun and exciting toys to make them interested in the activity. They need to learn how to use toys in a functional way. These toys will help students with fine motor, sensory needs, and imaginative play. The engaging learning materials I have picked will help children with imaginative play, teacher-directed, one-to-one activities, and learning to play together. I have also chosen a variety of sensory objects. It is important to have a variety of sensory objects for students to help them self-regulate.
