These materials will help promote the use of technology and decrease the amount of paper used in the classroom. I have purchased and created many games for center-based learning and having these activities laminated would truly help with maintaining the materials. First graders can sometimes be a bit rough with paper materials. Instead of using paper for writing and math activities, students can use dry erase boards and markers. Having an abundance of markers will truly help to promote paperless learning in the classroom. Parents too will go paperless with the electronic signature pad for important forms and permission slips.
