Our students will use the new picture books as a way to challenge and master their reading abilities. They will discuss the books within small reading groups and reading stations on a daily basis. Our school has a strong sense of community where all students are encouraged to explore their interests and love learning. These books will help our students build up their stamina and teach them the love of reading. Our students will work together building lasting relationships and a love for reading. By fostering a love for reading inside the classroom we create a desire for reading that moves inside our students’ families and into their homes.

About my class
