Working in a public school means very limited funding for the Arts programs. Last year, was the first year for having a drama club in our school. Our 3rd-5th-grade drama students worked so hard on their singing and dancing in order to put on an amazing show. This opportunity gave many of our students another way to show off their talents outside of academics. It is our mission to teach the whole child: socially, emotionally, and academically. Our drama club allows students to shine on stage as well as in the classroom. These speakers would guarantee all of their hard work will be heard in our 2nd annual musical production of The Lion King, and for many more years to come. Not only will we be able to use the speakers for the drama productions, but also for the many other performances and special events throughout the year that our students and staff members need to be heard.
