Comfortably Journaling to Improve Mental Health
Funded Aug 12, 2024The students have been enjoying their journey using the resources they received. They have been journaling weekly and have been improving on their Socio-emotional skills. Being comfortable has helped them be more willing to journal about their feelings and having specific topics to discuss has helped them increase their thinking and how they react to uneasy feelings. The students behavior has improved because they have learned skills to cope with anger and techniques that will benefit them in controlling their emotions and how they react.”
