  Thank you so much for your very generous donation to our classroom project of "Get Organized". This project was very important to my team because we needed a space to house all of our students learning materials. We have shelves for students to access their materials but we needed a closed space to hold the materials that we rotate in and out! We have organized each shelf by category- math, literacy, fine motor, sensory, science, etc.

• Ink For Our Printer!

  Thank you so much for your very generous donation to our classroom project of "Ink For Our Printer!" Your donation helped completely fund this project and we are SO grateful!

  We make A LOT of materials for our students in pre-k. They require a great deal of visual supports to help them get through their day smoothly. They also require a lot of visual work designed for their individual needs. I print out workbooks for each week. No child has the same book- they are differentiated according to level. Your donation helped to allow me to continue making these individualized workbooks, worksheets and visual aides to assist my students. THANK YOU!”

  Our project consisted of copy paper for printing and also laminating paper to laminate. We are constantly printing visual directions for activities we implement. Visual instructions help break down the directions and help the students understand what is expected of them. Copy paper and laminating paper will be used to print these visual supports.

• Pre-K Has Fun While Learning!

The students were so excited when they saw all the new materials such as kinetic sand, play doh, fine motor activities and a new beautiful table for their dramatic play center! Sensory play is so important for my little ones! It encourages students to use curiosity and problem solving skills! All of these materials help encourage my students to use language and socialization skills.

• Printer for Learning!

  Thank you so much for your very generous donation to our classroom project for a printer! In our classroom, we are constantly making visuals for schedules, first/then boards, communication boards, etc. We also make age-appropriate worksheets for our kids that meet their IEP goals (reading goals, writing goals, math goals, etc).

  Your donation has allowed us to print, print, print! We have access to printing materials for our kiddos whenever we need to. We have even been able to print visual supports to send home to help the parents structure their home time.

• Table for Small Group Learning!

  Thank you so much for your very generous donation to our classroom project, "Table for Small Group Learning". Your donation made this project come to life! My students were so excited (as were the staff!) when the table arrived!

  Having an area for small groups have allowed the children to play academic games and work on basic social skills (waiting for their turn, sharing, requesting, etc). It has also given me more opportunities to group my students based on their needs and work on target skills.

• Classroom Laminator for Pre-K!

  Thank you so much for your generous donation to our classroom project for a classroom laminator! We have already used our laminator for a variety of things!

  We have laminated classroom visuals for the kids schedules and behavior supports! We also created a really great family book where every child and staff member has a page with pictures of their family! The kids LOVE looking through this book. Having it laminated protects it from ripping and getting ruined!

Our classroom uses visuals all day long! The ink and paper will allow us to create visuals as we need for our students to use on their schedules and first/then boards. Also, it will allow us to create fun age appropriate worksheets for reading and math! The students have already begun using the crayons!

• Math & ELA in Pre-K!

  Thank you so much for your very generous donation to our classroom project for "Math & ELA in Pre-K!" These items consisted of various reading and math activities/games. In our classroom, the kids participate in Center Time everyday. During center time, they complete various activities of reading, writing, math, science, etc. We are able to incorporate these games into center time and also individual time. When the box arrived, the kids were so excited to help me unpack and see what was inside!!

• Animals for Pre-K!

  Thank you so much for your very generous donation to our classroom project for animals! The kids were SO excited when they saw the different boxes with all different types of animals! One of my students yelled "WOW! A PIG!"

  They use these animals every single day. Learning through play is such an important part of development for preschool children. Imaginative play does not come naturally for all of my students. These are hands on and allows us to model appropriate play and animal sounds. We will also be using these animal sets very soon when we start learning about different animal families!
