These books are so important to me because I know how much my students will benefit from having them accessible. Allowing my students to be surrounded by text, gives them the opportunity to flourish. I am a first year teacher and my guided reading library could really use some help. That's why I need you! You can make a difference in my students lives by showing them that reading is important and your community can help you. There is a book room in our school, however there are not enough books in there for everyone to surround their students with literature. So I am taking the necessary steps for my students to be successful.
