5th grade is a transitional year for students. They start to explore their independence, realize their own strengths, and become accountable for their work and actions. It is a year when students build confidence in themselves and take pride in their character. Our goal is to not let a lack of resources effect their personal development. As parents know, the cost of school supplies has risen exponentially over the past decade. To help offset this for families, we are hoping to supply basic classroom necessities such as whiteboard markers and composition notebooks. This will allow families to dedicate their resources to more important commodities- helping the students succeed.

About my class
