The courses I teach are Forensic Science 1 and Forensic Science 2. I have over 200 students in 6 periods of Forensic Science. The students that are in my classes signed up to take Forensics and come from all different grade levels and academic levels. The students that are in Forensics 1 and 2 chose the class due to their interest in the field of criminal law, crime scene investigation or science in general and are eager to learn more on the topic. The laboratory materials and supplies needed to teach a course like this are very costly and need to be replenished yearly due to the high number of students that I teach per year. Forensic Science 2 is also a new advanced course that just began in 2018 and is in need of supplemental materials and labs since it has never been taught before.
