My students will be part of a yearbook committee this year. It will be their job to take pictures of important celebrated moments throughout the year, upload the photos, and create a memorable and fun yearbook using their creativeness. This experience will teach my students a valuable lesson of working hard. They will continue to learn the lesson of teamwork, dedication, collaboration, and problem-solving. This project will give them professional writing experience and practice improving their social and communication skills. Because my students come from low-income families, they have never used a camera and this project will give them hands-on experience.
