I chose to include some educational tools for independent learning, this has been a main goal of my classroom this year. I chose some materials that we use frequently in the classroom and run out of quickly, these are materials that we use on a regular basis and will benefit from a lot of them. I also chose a more heavy duty appliance (refrigerator) so that my students have access to the refrigeration that they may require for breakfast, snack and lunch and so we can provide more life skills opportunities right in the classroom or science experiments requiring different temperatures.
