Having Chromebooks for the students to access while in my class will give them the opportunity to use the online programs designed to close gaps in their learning and propel students forward that are on grade level. Each program gives students lessons that are at their level based on a diagnostic assessment that they take at the beginning of the year. They will also be used before school in a computer lab setting. This removes obstacles for students that may not have reliable internet or a computer at home. It also gives a quiet time for them to focus away from the distractions that they may have at home.

About my class
