The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a "home." In other words, I know exactly where everything will go. We just need your help in getting everything through our door! The cleaning supplies will be used by the students to clean their work station and messes. The box of prizes will be used to reward those students who model expected school wide behaviors. The colored pencils, and paint will be used by students during engaging projects connected to the state standards and displayed throughout the hallway. The headphones will be used during computer time which occurs often throughout the week. Students are using computer programs to further their understanding of key concepts and standards. Without headphones, the students on the computers become easily distracted by the goings on in the classroom. The donations to this project will help mold my students into responsible members of the classroom while engaging in art projects related to the standards. We will use these materials to aide us in the process of becoming life-long learners.
