Funded Sep 25, 2017My classroom was abuzz when the materials showed up. I explained to the students that the box contained art supplies donated by generous adults who wanted to help them have a rich experience in the art classroom.
The watercolor sets were vital to a wax resist project where the students drew fish with a crayon, then applied color on top with the watercolors.
We can hardly wait til our classroom set of butterflies shows up in the spring. We wanted to have the best chance for survival.
The drying shelves have been a fantastic helper. My students just finished a major task of decorating for the school X-Mas program. They painted close to 400 poinsettias for the event.”
With gratitude,
Teacher Benson
