It is not just within my classroom but throughout the whole school that we believe in creating positive and fun environments for our students. The children become more engaged and proactive in their lessons with teachers who give fun prizes such as treasure for their hard work. Any parent and teacher can understand that we have children who come to school early in the morning and go home in the mid-day which can be very stressful.
In my classroom, we use fun incentives such as treasure box prizes and stickers to give out to students as positive feedback. This helps them stay active and remain focused throughout the day. The more they engage, the more they are able to learn. In addition, they are all having fun building the relationship with their teachers which makes the experience a memorable one. We need stickers, squeeze toys and other fun incentives to give positive feedback.
