Strategizing Our Way to Victory!

The Students, Mr. Crowder and I would like to say, thank you all so much for all of your generous contributions!!

The joy and excitement that was evident on the students faces, from the moment they saw the games and other materials is a memory that we will recall fondly throughout our teaching career. We cannot overstate just how joyous and grateful they were.

We have already played four out of the nine games on our list and each of the four have been phenomenal game to play! A moment that stood out was when the groups were going through Telestrations and laughing at the various pictures drawn by each other and the words they were guessing based on the pictures. Rarely did it end up where someone started and ended with the same word at the finish!

As our students experience different boardgames and improve their social skills, team strategy and logic, we hope to continue expanding the types of games we introduce and play in the future! We really want to make this club a space where students can disconnect from their electronics and enjoy connecting with each other through games!”
