The materials listed in this project will benefit my students with visual impairments and sensory needs to access preschool age standards and curriculum. This project will allow my students to explore and manipulate materials that will provide important sensory feedback which is necessary for their development. The flexible seating will allow students with physical disabilities to sit on the floor and look at books with peers. The light table and accessories will allow visually impaired students to access curriculum by manipulating letters, numbers, and shapes. I would appreciate your consideration of funding this project for my students to help them grow developmentally.
