When I entered my art room to find very little materials that worked or existed, I was determined to find a way to get my students the materials often taken for granted and expect to find in an art classroom. I used my entire budget for the year just to get my classes going for the school year, however with the amount of students I see, they will not last the entire year. I believe all students deserve the opportunity to explore and create art with basic materials. My goal is for my students to find a creative outlet and have fun in the art room.
