Students will be able to use their individual Fire tablets and headphones to create a reading room of their own. They can remove themselves from among the busy life of parents, siblings, pets, television and other distractions. Students will be able to find a quiet place just for themselves. This personal reading room will help to enhance their love for reading. The equipment will give them the resources for reading subjects that interest them. This experience will further their love for reading and help to move them closer to grade level. I would love to be a part of their journey as they discuss and write about their readings during distance learning.
