Engaging Learning Environment! Always Be Kind Autism Speaks!
Funded Aug 31, 2024Thank you so much for providing my students the much needed items for our classroom to make it more inviting and friendly learning space. The students absolutely LOVE the bean bag chairs! They are big enough for them to calm down and take a moment to themselves when they get over stimulated.
The touch laptop that was provided helps the students navigate and learn how to use technology. They are still learning, but it has done well for 1 particular student who can not write or talk but chooses pictures by pointing on the laptop and it speaking for you.
My students and myself greatly appreciate each and everyone of you who donated to our classroom.”

Be Kind Autism Speaks
Funded Nov 29, 2023Thank you so much for donating to the Be Kind Autism Speaks class, we greatly appreciate everything. My students in my classroom are able to learn and gain an education in a environment that is healthy for them to learn. When we got our materials, the students were so eager to open the boxes and had so many questions on how all of materials and items were used. They were very excited when I told them that somebody had donated the materials for us.
Words can not express how grateful and thoughtful myself and my students are. Again we all thank you!”

This classroom project was brought to life by LOFT.LT's Java Hut
Funded Nov 16, 2018With the supplies that were donated to our classroom, we have been able to start up a Java Hut in our school so that our students can gain work experience within our building. Our students have successfully started a business within a public school selling coffee to teachers and staff members.
With starting up with the Java Hut it has brought self-confidence to our students and have gained them self-esteem.
LT Java greatly appreciates all donors who donated and took the time out of your day to make our coffee shop a success.”

Funded Sep 9, 2019I would like to say "Thank You" for donating to my classroom! Having the objects that are needed for my students and classroom have come in handy and my students are greatly appreciated.
Having the ink within the classroom, enabled me to create individual visuals for my students and provide the needed visuals for their VAAP assessments as well as testing assessments and I was able to create a visual schedule and rules for my students to follow.
Having the other supplies coffee warmer, whoosha pictures etc.) created a loving and calming learning environment where they come to school to learn and not have to worry about providing supplies their families cannot afford.
The coffee warmer and cleaning spray have provided my students a clean environment to come and learn.
My students enjoy all the supplies that were donated to our classroom.”
