This classroom project was brought to life by Macy’s and one other donor.

My students are extremely energetic many with sensory issues. Allowing my students to have different options for sitting will encourage their desire to sit and focus for longer periods of time. When students are given choice in their seating with chairs that appeal to them, they are more willing to attend to lessons, and to read, write and problem solve with more stamina. Cube chairs provide a calming sensation and security for students with sensory problems. Those students with sensory issues often have the desire to run. This can be dangerous and leads to learning loss. Help these amazing kids continue their educational journey, thank you!
