My students are an awesome group of kids with Down Syndrome, Autism, and Moderate Cognitive disabilities. They were born with physical and developmental challenges. Despite the many challenges they face, my students continue to put forth extra effort with a huge smile daily. I am looking to provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences. They have different abilities and lessons are differentiated to meet their needs. Most importantly, new activities will bring the students great joy and build self esteem.. Children not only have fun exploring their creative side they learn about themselves and others. The students will be exposed to an activity that makes them happy, makes them laugh, keeps them engaged, and create a feeling of enormous sense of accomplishment.
