Our school's motto is: "Today we learn. Tomorrow we lead." The scholars at our public charter school heed this motto by attending school 190 days a year from 7:40 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. They are readers, writers, mathematicians, scientists, and historians. Most importantly, they are on the path to college despite many coming from impoverished backgrounds. Our school opened its doors with a kindergarten class in August 2009 and 80 scholars. Today we serve over 1,300 scholars in three elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school.
