Having a Smart TV and wall mount in my classroom will allow students to share and present their digital work with their classmates. Not only will I be able to facilitate instruction in a more effective, digital way, my students will also have the opportunity to collaborate and share their work through presentation via a Smart TV. Being a 1:1 iPad classroom, my AP and Honors students are often required to complete a variety of digital projects. I would love to give my students a better opportunity to collaborate and share these projects with their peers. By having a Smart TV in my classroom, my students would be able to project their projects from their individual iPads to present and share with their classmates. As a high school history teacher, I value the importance of using technology to enrich my students' understanding and engagement in classroom lessons. By getting this project funded, I would be able to enhance the lessons I give my students by using technology to make content more engaging and meaningful.
