Everyday my students come to school eager to learn. These students don't always have the best supplies, but they don't let limitations stop them. I am requesting Sit Spots, pencil grips, and white board markers to help my classroom. With these supplies, my students will have more opportunity to be successful in the classroom. Sit Spots will help my students have their own personal space when we are gathered on the carpet for whole group instruction. Many of my student share a bedroom with multiple siblings, so they struggle with the concept of personal space. These will give them the opportunity to have a place that is just for them. Most of my students struggle with handwriting and pencil grips help students correctly hold a pencil. Kids love colored white board markers, and they are a great motivational tool for learning.
