Being able to have the option of flexible seating in the classroom will limit the movement of the students that feel the need to always move. These students will be able to "wiggle" in their seats without distracting the other students and hindering them from learning. The math fraction number lines that I am asking for will help the students better understand the placing of fractions, what fractions are larger and what fractions are smaller, and fully understanding the concept of fractions. Learning fractions on a number line can be a difficult concept to learn as a third grade student.
