If we were to receive the cube chairs, our students would be able to successfully sit on the carpet for group time which helps them focus on and participate in discussions. With the sensory materials like the therapy putty and chewable pencil toppers, they can have the sensory stimulant they need to complete their activities and assignments within the classroom. My special education students would greatly appreciate having the sensory stimulants and individualized seating they need in order to engage in lessons and participate within the classroom community. As I mentioned, most of my students came to school with minimal supplies and we only have enough to last us a couple of months! ALL of my students deserve the best education and I hope to help them in any way I can and getting the basic supplies like glue and pencils will provide them with the best educational environment.
