Math and Literacy Centers for Amazing Kindergarten Students!

Thank you so much for your wonderful contributions to our donors choose. Your donations completed our wish list for new literacy and math centers. Students in math have been able to progress in counting and now adding numbers together. The literacy centers are improving their letter/sound recognition, CVC words and encouraging them to read more. They are blossoming Kindergarten students who are so engaged with the new centers. Thank you so much for all your donations and help shape our students so they will be first grade ready!”

My students are curious about gardening! We have young readers and they are looking for new gardening projects that will help to reduce waste and grow plants. In my library students have non-fiction books to read about gardening. We would like to start a garden at our school to bring the skills of the books to life. We are requesting tools needed to start a beautiful garden. We want to preserve our planet and learn how to grow flowers in our courtyard. If we could get materials to start planting, cultivating and gardening, I think it would be a wonderful way for students to put what they have read into action by becoming life long producers of gardening skills.
