These art materials will replace our old brushes, paints, and palettes and allow my students to spend more time learning color theory through painting and less time passing out and sorting through supplies. Organization and routines are essential in the art studio and too often, my students must throw away worn brushes and attempt to use cracked palettes or leaking paper plates to hold paint and mix their colors. These instructional materials are crucial to reach all types of learners. The large color wheel will provide a clear visual and tactile example for my students (especially the youngest ones) to better understand color theory. Watching the DVD's will appeal to my visual and auditory learners in the art room and will emphasize my instruction.
