As a Math and Science Teacher, we are often asking our students to show us, not tell us. Whiteboards are often a working palette for young mathematicians. These tables would provide a canvas for our students to be able to analyze, elaborate, and create new concepts, ideas, and solutions to problems. It would allow for flexible seating in the classroom that would provide all students with comfortable and safe workplaces. In order to facilitate and guide learning, each student should feel that all of the tools necessary to succeed are accessible and readily available and that their academic personal growth is achievable. Morning messages could welcome each student into the classroom and give them the motivation they may be searching for that day. It would certainly improve academic instruction and our classroom environment!
