  • Read Across Genres 2018

    Funded May 10, 2018

This impact letter is just a small token of our gratitude for your generous donation to our classroom. The book bins you have donated have been filled with books in many different genres. We have organized the bins by colors to reflect the color coding system we use in the classroom across curriculum areas. The color coding system has helped the students to stay organized. Students are able to independently choose books in the genre they would like to read.

Thank you for helping my students become successful readers and fall in love with books.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Dyzenhaus

  • So Many Books and No Where to Put Them

    Funded Aug 20, 2017

There are no words that can express my gratitude for your generosity. Thank you for helping me share my love of books and reading with my students. Your gift helped me organize all the books in our classroom into a beautiful lending library.

The storage bins were used to sort the books by book series and independent reading levels. The book baggies are used on a daily basis so students can borrow books and bring them back and forth from school to home. Now that the students now have a neat and organized library they are more motivated than ever to read! This project has given our readers an opportunity to explore all the books we have in our classroom.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Dyzenhaus

  • Coloring a Brighter Future

    Funded Aug 20, 2017

There are no words that can express the gratitude I feel for your thoughtfulness and generosity. It has made such an impact on my students in these few months. Every item that has been donated to our class is used on a daily basis. If you were to walk into the classroom at any given moment you could see how much of an impact they have made.

The color printer, ink, color card stock and laminating sleeves have brighten the future of these students. These items have given the students an opportunity to be successful. They are showing such excitement and eagerness to learn.

Without donors like you my students would go without resources they need to support all their learning needs. I cannot wait to see what the rest of the year brings.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Dyzenhaus
