Let’s help our ELL students succeed!
Funded Nov 5, 2023Thank you so much for helping us with getting these supplies as it has made a great impact with getting the students excited to learn in the classroom. We have used the magnetic letters and phonics whiteboards during small group instruction and they have really enjoyed having hands on materials to use with the lessons.
The English Language Development activity cards have helped students with practicing how to listen, speak, write & read in English. Also the stylus pens have been helpful with getting the students to step out of their comfort zone and come up to the board to write. Plus all of the students have enjoyed getting smelly stickers after completing their workbooks. It has been a big hit and they love the stickers!
The students have noticed the posters displayed in the classroom and it makes the room look more inviting. Thank you again for helping us fund this project!”

Funded Mar 11, 2014My students and I would like to thank you for your donations towards getting a drying rack for our classroom. We received the box at a great time when we were getting ready for our 100th day of school! We made so many crafts for this celebration and use it every week! The children and I love having our drying rack in our classroom. It has been such a lifesaver with helping us keep our art work and projects safe. No more setting it on the floor, or finding random places in the room to dry. May each of you be greatly blessed for your generosity! Thank you again!”

My students were so excited when they saw all of our writing materials and games that we received for our writing center. They could not wait to go to the writing center to use the new magic boards, water magic boards, whiteboards, markers and games! Thank you so much for helping me present the best materials that I can to my students.
We have already started using all of these wonderful writing tools in our classroom. They use these every day during our learning centers and literacy centers! It has made my students more eager and engaged in their learning. Your donation has truly made a difference!”

Funded Nov 25, 2013We are so appreciative for what you have provided us. You should have seen how excited my students were to find out that there was a package waiting for us at the office. When it arrived, the students and I did many cheers and our happy dance to celebrate that we finally have a 'Listening Center' that works!
My students have been using the iPod shuffles to listen to a variety of books during our daily reading routine. Each day, the students get to listen to a new story. The students look forward to going to the listening center and it has become a popular spot in our classroom. The students can easily use the iPod shuffles and get their stories without any trouble.
Your contribution to our classroom has helped many students realize their own passion for learning and I am forever thankful for your support.”

Funded Mar 3, 2010My students and I would like to thank you for your generous donations to our classroom.
We "love" our new book boxes, listening center, and library cart! The students were excited when they found out that all the book boxes came in a variety of colors. Many of them are doing a great job with checking out books from our organized library cart, and are able to find a good spot in the room to read their books. The new listening center is one of their favorite activities to do during our reading block. They use them every day and enjoy being able to have the freedom to select a book that they like the best.
My students are learning how to become independent readers and its all thanks to you! Thank you!”
