The children are excited and motivated to get to work from the minute they walk in the door. The students come to school at different times in the morning, so they need fun activities that they can do independently at their own level or in small groups until everyone arrives. These cool learning activities provide them with the opportunity to work at their own pace, alone or with a group. These wonderful manipulatives can also allow the class to transition into a whole group learning opportunity or activity. The children can also use them throughout the day to supplement small group and independent lessons or build on what really interests them!
