My 4-6th grade science students are curious, creative and energetic. They are always looking for something new to try and fun to create. Last year we worked through one Genius Hour exploration, a cardboard challenge and three NGSS units where they argued from evidence natural phenomenon. We are located in a small, rural area that works hard to find resources to continue to engage our thinking and creating.
