Code Bots
Funded Jan 15, 2025We would sincerely like to thank you for providing my students their new Sphero Coding Balls. My students are using their Spheros on their iPads to practice their coding and are getting instant real life feedback on their coding commands. They instantly get to see if their code is successful by carefully watching to see if their coding balls are following their commands correctly. This provides an excellent opportunity for students to problem solve and work collaboratively.
My students are having a blast exploring the endless commands they can "code" into their Spheros. We will be having a "Coding Showcase" in our classroom soon, and they are excited about introducing their coding skills to other students.
Our student population varies but all who have had the opportunity to work with our Sphero Coding Balls have loved them.
Thank you once again from all of us.”

Neat Seats!
Funded Sep 17, 2024One again, thank you for your generosity. These seat organizers have done wonders in freeing up desk and classroom space. We have been able to recover valuable classroom space, by removing a cumbersome storage cabinet, and turn that area into a wonderful reading area with a small comfortable couch for my students. Not to mention all the extra space that is now available in the students' desks. The clutter in their desks is gone, and students are learning how better organizational skills relates to better time management.”

Funded Jan 29, 2022I would like to sincerely thank you for your generosity and support of our classroom project. It is because of you that we were able to get our project funded. My students are seeing first hand the power of generosity.
My students were amazed and quite surprised to be receiving these Apple Pencils. When I explained to them that the Apple Pencils were a direct result of strangers contributions, they were shocked yet incredibly grateful. One student raised his hand and said, "why would they buy these for us if they don't know us?" I went on to explain that there were kind people in the world that believed in them and wanted the best for them. I will never forget his smile.
Since receiving the Apple Pencils, they have been rotated around the class and have been instrumental in improving their Digital Portfolios. Again, a sincere thank you from myself and my students.”
