The students at Southside Elementary School are excelling rapidly and are thirsting to expand their knowledge and abilities in music. If we are able to acquire ukuleles, then the students will be able to showcase their musical abilities to the community around them in special projects and events. Learning how to play ukuleles will give the students added value to their music education! The students love, appreciate and look forward to coming to music class to learn new songs. I want to build upon their knowledge of music and help them grow as musicians by introducing new instruments to them. These instruments will be showcased in performances not only at the school, but throughout Miami-Dade County.

About my class
