    Thank you all for your help! My students are very excited to learn to make baskets, masks, and weavings. And thanks to you, they will have quality supplies and a great experience learning. It's going to be a wonderful opportunity for them to learn all about the cultures that their peers come from. We have students from all over the world, and it's amazing to hear the stories that come up while students are working during art class. Last year, a girl from Thailand told all of us stories of weaving with her grandmother during our weaving unit. I can't wait to tell you what amazing things will happen in art class because of the difference you've made! Look forward to pictures, smiles, and many notes of thanks from our kids. Thanks to you all, and happy holidays!”

Having a love of reading starting at an early age is essential! I am requesting engaging educational books for my classroom library so my students can foster and grow their love for reading. Reading in our class library will be a daily activity that I want the students to enjoy. Unfortunately many of my students have very little access to books outside of the classroom. Adding these books in many different reading levels and subjects will ensure there will be multiple books that interest each student! Through these books my students will gain a love for reading that will keep them on the path to success!

About my class
