In the 2022-2023 school year, my classroom will be filled with 19 second graders. These students are full of energy and have a love for learning. Children this age love to work together to do activities and games to make learning fun. The students in my class will come into the school year with a wide variety of academic and social skills. My goal this year and every year is to make learning engaging and appropriate for all students.
My classroom has white boards, a SMART board, chrome books, desks and tables, tile flooring with one small rug, comfortable chairs and bean bags, a classroom library, and lots of storage. The classroom is set up in ways that students are able to work in large groups, small groups, partners, and individually.
