I cannot thank you enough for your generous donations. This was my first Donors Choose Project, so I was a little unsure of how it would go. I am so pleased to see that this project was fully funded! My students will be so excited to read all of these books, and I can't wait to plan lots of lessons using the materials from this project. I really can't thank you all enough! This classroom project was brought to life by An Anonymous Funder and 6 other donors.

These books will help my students immensely. It will not only help their literacy, but will help them become more tolerant and aware of other cultures. The books I choose for my class are ones that have characters from all over the world. I want my students to be able to see that there is more out there than just what's in our town! There are people from all over that may dress, act, or look different from us- but I want my students to know that every person is valuable and important! The donations from this project will directly support my students understanding of other cultures and people around the world.
