I am a dance teacher for Millwood Arts Academy and Millwood High School in Oklahoma City, OK. I teach students in grades 6-12. My classroom is where the students that struggle become powerful leaders. I utilize the Arts to aid students in deepening their understanding of core academic knowledge. By allowing students to engage in the learning process, using dance as a catalyst, many students find they are able to understand the content in their core academic classrooms. My classroom is where students COME ALIVE!!!
