As our schools are working toward becoming more conducive to a 21st century learning environment, I strongly believe we need to take advantage of every tool possible. This iPad and pen will allow me the chance to move around the room during live lessons that are occurring on my Apple TV. An example of such a lesson would be one where we are labeling the parts of an atom. I can hand the iPad and pen to a student, or set of students, and allow them the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge. At this time, I only have a Mac Book and a stationary Mac so I am limited to the amount of movement and student integration that can happen during a given lesson. The purchase of this iPad gives all students the chance to interact, learn, and grow!
