By having iPads in our classroom, students will have access to a variety of engaging and educational music apps. The addition of technology in the music classroom helps students to understand the full scope of what music has to offer! It is essential to give young musicians access to technology that empowers them to create, explore, and experience music independently and on deep levels. There are many apps available for students to learn composition, production, notation, and so much more. Using apps like Garage Band, MadPad, and iVideo among others, students can practice sight reading, practice note reading, research musical artists and musical instruments, and work in groups to record and assess performances. Here's to the musicians of the future!
