  • Dramatic Play Props

    Thank you so much for the generous gift card to teachers pay teachers. With our gift card we have been able to purchase files to help expand our dramatic play area. Some of the things that I was able to make were new printables like signs for the different themes or accessories that go with them. Another great item that I was able to get for my students were adaptive books to go with the different themes. These books are able to stay in our dramatic play center and they are great for us to read during center time.”

  • Dramatic Play for Days

    Thank you so much for helping my students expand their dramatic play area. Dramatic play is a great way for my students to work on so many skills at one time. By adding the lemonade stand to our decor we are able to use it as more than just a lemonade stand. It can be the welcome sign to our pizzeria or our ice cream parlor. All of the books that we have added to the center are always a great way to expand on what we are pretending to be during our time there. Thank you so much for your generosity.”

  • Time for Some Dramatic Play

    Thank you so much for the supplies of laminating sheets and paper to add visuals to our dramatic play area. We really enjoyed our pizza pans when our dramatic play center turned into a pizzeria. We made so many yummy pizzas. The sorting tray has been very useful in our garden center dramatic play. We have been able to sort "seeds" by color and plant them in our box of dirt. Wonderful donors like yourself make things possible for my students. Because of your donation, we are able to help them expand their knowledge in the dramatic play area. Thank you so much.”

I am looking to keep things simple and provide my students with creatives and meaningful experiences in the classroom. My students need games and activities that will not only work on letter recognition and writing skills, but also math manipulatives. My students will use these materials to build, count, make sounds and practice fine motor skills which is key to writing. These activities will be used during Center time as well as small group instruction. Several games will be used during whole group and small group. Your generous donation to our project will help to improve the Pre-K students by building strong readers and writers later on in school.
