Thank you so much for you charitable donation. These Ipads have helped our classroom gain access to online learning in the form of online texts, videos, and news. These have also helped our class feel secure in having enough devices for each student, and ensuring that each device worked. Ipads have helped students have steady to secure connection to online literacy applications, mathematics applications, and the ability to create on online platforms. Students are most excited to have their own device, to always know their device will work and to know each day they will have access to stable technology when they need . Thank you for helping provide this!”

These materials were so wonderful in making science come to life. Thank you for your generosity and giving us the gift of experience in the classroom! We got to have multiple lab days and to see students write "I am a geologist" was truly amazing to see. We were able to connect the things we read about about to the labs and the excitement that was built was invaluable, thank you for that gift. Students at recess were running up with rocks for weeks identifying them or wondering if we could find fossils outside on the playground. These materials built such a love for a topic must are not interested in, again THANK YOU!!!”

I am overwhelmed by the generosity you have showed my students and myself. Thank you for giving to our community to make it a more productive, and useful space. I can’t wait for us to have these iPads and to be able to have all the students work on projects at the same time and collaborate with each other.”

We are using our new paints, brushes and artists notebooks each Friday in order to reflect on our week of learning and deepen our understanding of the key concepts of the week. The students have been so excited this year to paint while at home during virtual learning and to continue to get to paint now that we are in person learning at school!
Since students did not get to paint in previous years this is a special time to not only reflect, but only be creative. It is a practice that students look froward to each week. Thank you for allowing me to continue to make my students thinking visible.”

Thank you for taking the time for generously donate your money to fund this project. These iPads have transformed our classroom into a tech savvy, motivated and driven community that continuously pushes to improve. Each week scholars are getting the opportunity to share their thoughts, ideas, and voice through their essays. Then, revise them online as well. I can't believe how far their typing skills have come already! Each iPad provides enormous amounts of support, opportunity and engagement in the classroom. So again, thank you for making our classroom a better place to learn!”

Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness. I can't tell you how much I appreciate you taking the time out of your day to donate to our classroom, and these scholars future. The students have been able to type their essays each week and are so excited to share their thoughts and voices with the world. It is amazing to see their words be transformed into powerful prose on paper right before my eyes as they type. Thank you for allowing them to engage in critical skills that they will carry with them their entire lives.”

Thank you so much for you generosity. This project has allied my classroom to function more smoothly on a day to day basis. During this crazy flu season we have been putting the Clorox wipes to good use, wiping every surface of the classroom to keep us heathy and germ free. The sticky notes have allowed us to continue using thinking routines on a weekly basis and making our thinking visible. Students are able to more easily categorize and differentiate their thoughts with different sticky notes and colors, and the ability to place them in different places. With the pens students have soared with their revision skills! It is a beautiful thing to see my students so invested in their work. Thank you again for taking the time to support my classroom, my students, and our community.”

Students will use the iPads during technology time to access learning materials at their current instructional level. This allows students to get personalized and responsive support with literacy and math skills. iPads will also be used for student driven inquiry projects.
Giving students a user friendly machine like an iPad gives them the confidence and motivation to be engaged. Our students need to have experience creating technology based presentations to be successful in their educational career and beyond. In an ever changing world driven by technological advances our students deserve to be given opportunities to interact with up to date devices.
