Thank you so much for your support. I am so excited to have winter hats and gloves for my students. It has been difficult to watch my students without gloves and hats this past week. I am so happy to be able to provide them with some warmth from the cold as they walk to and from school.”
Thank you so much for supporting my classroom. The binder organizer you helped purchase has been a great asset to our classroom. It holds binders with translated resources and assignments. While working indepedently students who need language support can get up, grab the binder they need, and bring it back to their desk to help them complete the asignment independently. Once they are finished they return the binder to its proper place which is to the binder organizer. This organizer has been such a big help in not just keeping us organized but also in helping my students problem solve and take charge of their own learning. Thank you so much for making my vision a reality.”
Thank you so much for your generosity. With your help, I was able to create reference binders for my students that will last a long time. My students are English language learners at all levels of English proficiency. These binders with the translated math assignments, ELA readers and activity pages have been so helpful in providing my students with the resources needed to become independent learners. While working, if a student needs clarification on a question or extra support in understanding the story, they get up and grab the appropriate binder to resolve their issue without interruptions. The laminating sheets help with making the printed translations last a long time. Thank you so much! You don't even understand the impact these translated copies in the protector sheets organized in a binder have made in my classroom.”
Thank you so much for your support. My students are second language learners that need extra support in the classroom. The toner will help make sure my students have all the vocabulary visuals, reference sheets, and extra practice sheets they need to help them access the new content. Your support means the world to us. Thank you!”

Thank you so much for your support. In my classroom we use a lot of visuals and printing on cardstock and then laminating makes everything reusable. It helps save time and lets me focus on other things in preparing for my lessons. Once again I sincerely thank you for your generosity. Happy Holidays!”
Thank you so much for your generous support. In my classroom I print a lot of visuals for my students. Having cardstock makes the visuals stronger and therefore last longer. The majority of my students are new to the country. They are acquiring English at the same time that they are learning grade level content. This is not always an easy task. Having the card stock paper helps me print important visuals my students need in a material that will help them last. We can use and reuse the visuals without too much worry. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this possible and ensuring my students have an opportunity to be successful.”

Thank you so much for your heartfelt donation. My students are second language learners who need a lot of support in acquiring English as well as learning content. In order to support my students academically I need to constantly print out visuals to enhance vocabulary learning. This only means that I use and need a lot of toner for my printer to make it through the school year. Your help has made this year start off smoothly and on the right foot. I have been able to print out academic vocabulary cards to display for student to use as a reference. Thanks to you I have made it through unit one and unit two without worrying about printing limits. Thank you for helping my students have a successful school year.”

Thank you so much for helping us start the year off right! It is so important for students to begin the year equally and most importantly stress free. The moment they walked in and sat at their desk the materials were eagerly waiting. Every student had on top of their desk a pencil box and a smaller pencil case. The pencil cases and pencil boxes have helped my students keep their materials organized. The pencil boxes contain a set of markers and a set of colored pencils while the smaller cases contain their regular pencils. My students are now ready for any project that comes their way.”

Where do I begin? I will begin with the biggest sincerest thank you because without you this project would not have been possible.
Once I received the materials, I put them to use. Let me tell you that my struggling readers loved the books so much they asked to practice reading during their technology time. What kids give up their computer time to read? Well, they sure did! It started with 1 student who came up to me with box in hand and asked if we could read together. Then, it became a chain reaction. Soon, I had a small unplanned reading group sitting on the rug during technology time. My heart melted during this time. To see them so eagered to read was my dream come true. It was beautiful. Thank you!”
My students will use these iPads to access different applications like Pocket Phonics Stories, Raz-Kidse, and Starfall. Many of my students do not speak English when they come to our school. I want to ensure that they are building their skills so they can learn English. I want to help them build the confidence they need to become successful and high achieving students. By using these applications it enables them to have "hands-on" technology activities at their level to help improve their English skills. These applications provide phonics practice and books at their level to help them read in English. It allows them to record fluency readings that I can listen to and answer comprehension questions to build their reading comprehension skills. I want my students to feel successful as they learn English, and your donation to my project will help ensure this!
