Thank you so much for your wonderful donation towards my project. These seat sacks have made a tremendous difference in my classroom. Students are able to keep all of their belongings in a secure place. Students have easy access to their books, pencils, crayons, and erasers. Students are no longer missing their pencils. Students have been able to organize the inside of their desk more easily. I can't thank you enough to all of my donors. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. A great big thank you on behalf of my students and myself.”

  • Creating Awesome Readers for the Future

    Funded Sep 7, 2022

Thank so much for your generous donation to my classroom. These books has made a significant impact on my students in the classroom. Students are now having many opportunities to read independently and engage with a variety of books on their reading level. Students are learning valuable skills in the area of social and emotional learning. Student are learning how to care for each other, using more expressive language, and sharing how they are feeling upon their arrival in the classroom. Reading in my classroom happens throughout the day, SEL morning routine, center time, independent reading, and at the end of the day.

One student in my classroom has a favorite book that he enjoys listening to and would often asked us to read it to him multiple times. In addition students have been able to complete many writing activities using these books.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Hurley

  • Squeaky Clean Classroom

    Funded Aug 14, 2019

The resource that I received for my classroom has made a great impact in my classroom. My students can now enjoy sitting on a clean rug each and everyday during large group discussion. My students were all excited to use the vacuum. Having this vacuum has made it much easier to clean the rug and get ready for the next day. My next steps on a current classroom project that I am currently exploring is to improve my science center in the classroom by creating scientific thinking inquiry through exploration and experimentation.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Hurley

  • We Are A Class Of Knowledgeable and Curious Learners

    Funded Dec 2, 2018

Thank you so very much for sponsoring my classroom project. My students were so excited to to see the new materials in the classroom. My students immediately begin to exploring all the resources. Students begin to count and and identify the alphabet letters while playing with the puzzles. Next students used the vehicles and the stop signs to create an obstacle course in the block area. They begin to pretend that they were driving a car. They also begin to identify the traffic signs that they see on the streets. Students enjoyed exploring their creativity with the shape puzzle. My students and I will be for ever grateful for this wonderful opportunity, the impact and the joy that it has brought to my classroom. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Hurley
